　安寧區(qū)是甘肅省會(huì)蘭州市主城區(qū)之一，位于黃河北岸，東接城關(guān)區(qū)，南臨黃河與七里河區(qū)、西固區(qū)隔河相望，西至虎頭崖與西固區(qū)相接，北與皋蘭縣接壤。區(qū)名源自明代軍事城堡安寧堡，取“安寧無患、不受侵害”之意，是古絲綢之路的必經(jīng)地之一。同時(shí)蘭州市人民政府搶抓“一路一帶”戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇，全方位打造絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)城市的核心區(qū)域。

本公告將在中國(guó)采購(gòu)與招標(biāo)網(wǎng)（www.chinabidding.com.cn）、甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)（http://m.dfzdm.com）、中國(guó)建設(shè)報(bào)上同時(shí)發(fā)布。對(duì)于因其他網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)載并發(fā)布的非完整版或修改版活動(dòng)公告，而導(dǎo)致誤報(bào)名或無效報(bào)名的情形，競(jìng)賽委員會(huì)及代理服務(wù)單位不予承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
